 If you have pre ordered please note there will be a wait time of 2-8 weeks. Each product has a set time frame for shipping (please check each items) We are still shipping orders.

Orders are fulfilled the next business day after order is placed.


We ship orders via Australia Post  worldwide. Tracking will be provided from Australia Post and it will be sent to your primary email made with your order. We dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Please note: Shipment could be delayed due to weekends, public holidays.

Please note: Please be aware that any additional taxes or duties incurred upon the delivery of your order are the sole responsibility of the customer. We would like to clarify that Safar Shadez is not liable for these expenses.

Please also note:  If you have pre ordered please keep in mind the turnaround times of 2-6 weeks. These times vary depending on the speed of the postal service and manufacturing. When you place an order that includes a pre-order item you will be sent a confirmation email. The next update you will receive is when your order has been dispatched.

ALSO PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION UNDER YOUR PRODUCT - if your purchase is a custom or a pre-order there is further dispatch waiting times. 

Shipping time - We endeavour for your orders to arrive quickly. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-10 days. DURING THE PANDEMIC postage times have been a little unpredictable. 

EXPRESS
Within Australia
 - Express is between 2-4 Business days, this shipment will be prioritised but please be mindful of public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL - New Zealand standard will take between 7-22 Business days, everywhere else is 7-25 Business days

INTERNATIONAL Express - will be between 1-7 Business days via UPS Please be mindful that we ship your package out very quickly but we can't control unexpected delays from the shipping company. Packing and processing your orders quickly is our first priority.

Return to Sender Parcels: In the case of parcels being returned to us due to customer-provided incorrect addresses, non-collection from the post office, failed to pay additional taxes or duties or any other error on the customer's part, a re-shipping fee will apply. If the customer chooses not to cover this fee, they will forfeit the initial shipping costs incurred by us.

Please note that customers forfeit the option for a refund and store credit, with reimbursement limited to the product cost minus the shipping expense. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
