Please Note: We are happy to exchange your order as long as it is unworn, unmarked and can be sent back in the original plastic packaging within 30 days of receiving the item. You will be asked to provide photos and further information. Delivery to us is at your own expense & postage back will also be at your expense. If refunds are approved it will be with a store credit. 
We do not offer refunds due to change of mind. If refunds are approved it will given as a store credit.

We cannot accept returns on worn or marked damaged items.

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. 

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

     

  • Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.

  • For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.


FAULTY ITEMS
We pride ourselves in knowing our product being high quality, so if you receive our product which you believe is faulty or you have received it damaged, Please contact us and supply a quick explanation of the fault and photographs for us to exchange this for you.
